The static pressure level transmitter uses high-precision and high stability diffusion silicon pressure sensitive chips, and through a highly reliable amplification circuit, converts the liquid level signal of the measured liquid into a 4-20mADC standard signal. High quality sensors, exquisite packaging technology, and sophisticated assembly processes ensure the excellent quality and performance of this product.
This product has two structures: integrated (zero position and range cannot be adjusted) and split (zero position and range can be adjusted); There are three types of products available: cable type (capable of measuring non corrosive liquids), armored type (fully welded structure, capable of measuring various liquids compatible with 304 stainless steel), and anti-corrosion type (capable of measuring strong corrosive liquids such as strong acids and alkalis), which can maximize customer satisfaction.


The static pressure level transmitter measures the liquid level based on the principle that the static pressure of the liquid is proportional to its depth. The ZYW630 series static pressure liquid level transmitter uses highly stable and reliable diffusion silicon piezoresistive pressure sensors or ceramic capacitive sensors, as well as high-precision processing circuits, for precise digital temperature compensation and nonlinear correction technology. It is a high-precision liquid level instrument.Its various structural forms, materials, and transmitter types are widely used for liquid level measurement and control in fields such as water supply, sewage treatment, hydrology, chemical engineering, and power generation.



1. Will the liquid level at the installation location exceed the range of the transmitter.
2. Whether the measured liquid is compatible with the structural material of the transmitter.
3. Pay attention to protecting waterproof air conducting cables and avoid hitting the cables with sharp or hard objects. During use, the outgoing end of the cable should be placed in a dry place.
4. Put the probe part of the liquid level transmitter directly into the water tank or other liquid, and fix the junction box in the appropriate position. The junction box should be kept away from direct sunlight and rain as much as possible. If there is sediment or silt at the bottom of the measured liquid, the measuring part should maintain a certain distance from the sediment or silt to avoid blockage.If the measuring medium is a viscous or suspended liquid, it should be cleaned regularly to prevent blockage of the pressure hole, and the diaphragm should be protected during cleaning.
When installing in still water, such as deep wells or pools, the measuring part is usually directly immersed in the water for measurement, but attention should be paid to keeping it away from the inlet and outlet of the water pump. If unavoidable, anti wave tubes should be installed.
6. When measuring in a flowing or stirred container, the cable type must be equipped with anti wave tubes to avoid the movement of the measuring part of the instrument caused by the driving force of flowing water, which may cause the measurement value of the instrument to jump and the measurement to be unstable.
